Description

The irony is that it's actually a Thermoelectric Central.

Lower the pollution! I don't mean to stop it, because that would be impossible, but lower it as much as you can! Ride a bicycle as much as you can! Recycle when you can, not when you want!
It was needed for a huge oil spill to happen in order for humanity to double the hull of most of the oil tankers. Don't wait until another disaster happens!

If this is production by thermo-electric energy, is this a water vapor cooling tower, like the nuclear plants have . . . ? Is that what you mean by "cloud factory?" So this isn't pollution?
